Stuart’s Paint & Body, Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on paint services, collision repair, paint protection, dent repair, frame straightening, auto body restoration and rust repair.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Warranty is null and void if the repair/service is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Stuart’s Paint & Body, Inc. This warranty is non-transferable, unless in a special case approved by Stuart and SPNB Management.
Warranty voiding factors include but are not limited to:
- Any damage incurred after repair/paint completed (i.e., rock chips, wreck, door dings, severe weather, etc.)
- Transfer of ownership
- Body rust
- Scratches, abrasions, rock chips, etc.
- Use of detergents/waxes not designed for automotive use.
- Acid rain, chemicals, industrial fallout, and other environmental effects.
- Physical damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or any negligent acts of the owner.
