Stuart’s Paint & Body, Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on paint services, collision repair, paint protection, dent repair, frame straightening, auto body restoration, and rust repair.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

is null and void if the repair/service is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Stuart’s Paint & Body, Inc. This warranty is non-transferable, unless in a special case approved by Stuart and SPNB Management.

Warranty voiding factors include but are not limited to:

• Any damage incurred after repair/paint completed (i.e., rock chips, wreck, door dings, severe weather, etc.)
• Transfer of ownership
• Body rust
• Scratches, abrasions, rock chips, etc.
• Use of detergents/waxes not designed for automotive use.
• Acid rain, chemicals, industrial fallout, and other environmental effects.
• Physical damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or any negligent acts of the owner.
